OUR STORY.
Koncept's immersive live experience design team was born from hands-on experience in designing, operating, and evolving our own award-winning entertainment attractions, named the best in their field in the UK in 2024 and recognized with countless national and world-wide awards for innovation, design, and execution.
This journey proved that Koncept's skillset are unmatched and led to the development of a trusted, highly skilled network of specialists and collaborators, each with their own niche expertise. Together, we've built one of the most robust and versatile creative networks in the industry.

OUR WORKFLOW.
Our workflow begins with crafting compelling, market-aware experience narratives that lay the foundation for a successful attraction. AI assisted concept art helps shape early ideas, evolving into more accurate visuals. In-house, we produce all the essential world-building elements—including graphics, video, and audio—to bring your vision to life.

From there, we write the core components: experience arcs, interactivity frameworks, and show scenes. Once these are approved, Koncept allows the client to hand the plans to one of our trusted network of contractors, or the clients preferred contractor.
Should clients wish to involve Koncept further during the build phase, we can be engaged for project management or creative revisions directly through the selected contractor.

Closer to launch, we also handle the programming of behind-the-scenes systems, complete with operator training and script writing and directing for actors if applicable. To finish, Koncept offers post-production media support to effectively promote the final experience.
