Smaller or one-off services may require only a few days, while comprehensive experience design and planning may span several days or more.

For any services outside Koncept’s in-house services, we can gather ballpark estimates from our trusted network of suppliers to assist with your budgeting. Based on our experience, full builds typically start around £40,000, though we have successfully delivered projects ranging from £10,000 to £300,000.

Koncept specialises in experience writing and design consultation, along with a range of other in-house creative services. While we do not directly provide contractor-based services such as construction or electrical engineering, we maintain a trusted network of suppliers. If selected by the client, we collaborate closely with these partners—offering project management and creative oversight to support full project delivery.

Koncept can also be engaged in pre-release activities, including training, system programming, and promotional support to ensure a successful launch.

While we will provide proofing and edits for designs other than our own, Unfortunately Koncept only provides project management for projects based on its own designs. We do not undertake oversight or revisions for third-party designs.

Yes! While we prefer to collaborate with suppliers and contractors we know and trust, we’re happy to work with a client’s preferred contractor if selected. Please note that we offer favourable project management day rates when working with contractors from our established network.

Yes! We’re always seeking new suppliers with unique skills—whether in scenic building, graphic design, printing, programming, engineering, or other specialties. If you believe your expertise or team could contribute to one of our client projects, we’d love to hear from you.

All contractors in our network are thoroughly vetted before being added to our network list. When projects progress to the stage where the client passes our designs to a contractor, we determine which of our network contractors is best suited to continue the project and establish a contract with them before client/supplier details are exchanged, including a refferal arrangement should the client proceed with their services. Additionally, network contractors benefit from favourable project management and creative revision rates if either the client or supplier chooses to engage Koncept again during this phase.

A non-refundable deposit equivilant to one full day rate charge is required before any work commences. On completion of work, an invoice will be issued which must be paid within 14 days of issue.

Dependant on the nature of the project, partial payment may be required at other stages during the project.

For project management and creative revisions through a contractor, each instance of engagement will be charged seperately. For contractors on our network, payment will be due in full on delivery of the project. For contractors not on our network, payment will be invoiced for each instance.

Absolutely. We understand the sensitive nature of production work and are fully willing to sign NDAs. If collaboration with our network becomes necessary, we’re also prepared to extend the confidentiality obligations of your NDA to all involved parties

Individual services provided through Koncept typically take between 2 to 5 working days to complete, though this may be shorter or longer depending on the specific scope of work. Comprehensive experience writing and development generally require 10 to 15 days, often involving multiple iterations to ensure client satisfaction.

Full-scale production timelines depend heavily on the project's complexity and the contractors engaged by the client. Koncept has successfully delivered projects ranging from a few weeks to several months, and in some cases, even years, based on the scale and requirements involved.

Absolutely. Koncept primarily creates royalty-free media to ensure ease of use for our clients. However, upon request, we can produce media incorporating copyrighted content. In such cases, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary licenses and permissions for the use, display, or playback of any copyrighted material.
