A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one full day rate charge is required before any work commences. On completion of work, an invoice will be issued which must be paid within 14 days of issue. Statements of Work (SOW) are agreed to at each stage of a project. Dependant on the nature of the project, partial payment may be required at other stages during the project.

Absolutely. I understand the sensitive nature of production work and am fully willing to sign NDAs. If collaboration with our network becomes necessary, I'm also prepared to extend the confidentiality obligations of your NDA to all involved parties

Absolutely. I primarily create royalty-free media to ensure ease of use for our clients. However, upon request, I can produce media incorporating copyrighted content. In such cases, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary licenses and permissions for the use, display or playback of any copyrighted material.

AI is a very powerful and time saving tool, and as such I use generative AI for quickfire visuals during the blue-sky phase of development to get ideas across to clients quickly and cost effectively. However I NEVER use AI for final end-user deliverables. My mantra is this: AI is part of the process, not part of the product. I urge caution to clients on the use of AI for writing experiences, as re-writing content can be costly. And I strongly advise against the use of AI for any final content. Any AI content displayed in my work is accompanied with generative AI disclosures.
