​Koncept can support your production at any stage, from early concept to final launch, with flexible, targeted services spanning creative development, technical design and execution. While we often work with small to medium sized companies, we welcome projects of any size, bringing passion, precision and originality to every collaboration.
OUR EXPERTISE:
EXPERIENCE WRITING:
Writing immersive experiences requires specialists with knowledge in design thoery, immersion phychology and proven experience delivering successful productions. This is where Koncept excels. We craft compelling, market-aware experience narratives and we write the core components: experience arcs, interactivity frameworks, and show scenes. Alongside our written designs, we also provide concept imagery for contractors to follow. Full writen designs for a project can take 10-15 days, but may be longer or shorter depending on the scope of the production. Completed designs can help guide contractors during the build stage of the production.
AUDIO/VIDEO/GRAPHIC PRODUCTION:
World-buidling elements such as soundtracking and graphics (printed and video) are essential to a creating a compelling scene with high production value. These details are often overlooked and can be the difference between a succesful experience, or a home-made project. Koncept offers in-house creation of atmosphere-setting audio design and world building visual elements like signposting and narrative drivers, both still and video. We ensure each piece aligns seamlessly with your experience goals. Additionally, we collaborate with a trusted network of digital artists to deliver bespoke artwork tailored to your project’s unique style and story. Types of media include: - Soundscapes - Sound effects - Soundtracking - Signage - In-world posters/notes etc. - Instructional print media - Video backgrounds - Video instructional briefings - Video effects ... and much more. Clients can request royalty free execution, or if they have the appropriate permissions, copyright content can be used. Individual elements may take 2-4 days to complete, while full packages of visual content and soundtracking could take 10-15 days.
CINEMATOGRAPHY + VOICE OVER:
Cinematics and voiceovers play a vital role in enriching scenes and engaging guests, both by informing and entertaining. Koncept offers scriptwriting services specifically tailored for screen actors, videographers, and voice artists, carefully crafted to match your project’s narrative and tone. Once the scripts are complete, clients have the option to source their own talent or have Koncept manage the full production process. Scriptwriting and talent sourcing are billed at Koncept’s standard day rate, typically requiring 1–3 days depending on project scope. Actor and cinematographer fees vary based on the individual artists engaged and will be included as part of the overall project cost.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
We understand that revisiting, reviewing, and revising plans is often a necessary part of the build phase. This process is significantly more efficient and cohesive when handled by the same team that originally developed the designs. Once a client has approved Koncept’s plans, they may choose to pass them on to one of our trusted network contractors, specialists in scenic construction, lighting, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Alternatively, clients are welcome to work with a preferred contractor of their own. For full transparency, Koncept receives a referral fee from the contractor if the client chooses to proceed with a supplier from our network. If clients wish to continue working with Koncept during the build phase, we can be engaged for project management and creative revisions through the selected contractor. We offer favourable project management rates to contractors within our network. Project management and revision services are billed directly to the contractor, with separate charges applied for each individual engagement.
PRODUCTION PROGRAMMING:
A show control system is essential for any project utilising sounds, lights and special effects. Our network of suppliers are qualified and trusted to install such systems, and Koncept is able to program these from initial setup to final tweaks. We ensure each system is finely tuned to deliver seamless, high-impact show execution that meets the demands of even the most ambitious productions. In some cases, Koncept can also integrate and program control systems for existing venues, such as hospitality spaces requiring coordinated sound, lighting, and video control for events. Programming typically requires between 2 to 8 days, depending on the scale and complexity of the project.
OPERATOR/CAST TRAINING:
For the long-term success of any experience, it’s essential that the operating team is thoroughly trained—not only to manage daily operations confidently, but also to respond effectively to contingencies and unexpected situations. Koncept provides hands-on operator training, equipping your team to run the production smoothly and professionally. We supply clear, customised training manuals designed to support both initial training and ongoing onboarding, ensuring consistency and confidence across your team. For productions involving live actors working from our scripts, we also offer coaching and direction to help performers deliver engaging, memorable, and safe performances. Training is typically delivered on-site over several days. Accommodation and expenses will be included in the service.
BRANDING + PROMOTIONS:
Every production needs a distinct identity to stand out. Branding elements such as logos, signage, and posters play a vital role in achieving recognition and reinforcing the experience. Koncept designs custom branding assets that establish strong visual identities—whether for individual projects, full attractions, or entire venues and companies. We also offer professional promotional photography to capture your attraction at its best, supporting high-impact marketing materials and engaging social media campaigns. Individual branding assets typically require 2–4 days to complete, while full branding packages and photography services will take longer depending on scope. Koncept is also happy to provide branding and promotional services for projects not originally designed in-house.
