Where all amazing projects begin. Conceptualising brand new immersive/experiential entertainment requires specialists with knowledge in design theory, immersion psychology and proven experience delivering successful productions. Pitch decks are 10-15 page documents outlining a bespoke concept (developed independently, or through client collaboration), to provide a clear and strategised project pitch for all stake holders to align with. Includes the following (except where not applicable) - Narrative overview - Guest journey - Key element visuals (Moodboards/references as standard. Generated or human-created concept art) (May also include reels/sounds) - Strategy (including operations, market, revenue, budget) - Next steps - One-pager included complimentary
EXPERIENCE WRITING:
£1,000 - £5,000 (DEPENDING ON APPLICABLE DELIVERABLES)
Not just story. Narrative design that encapsulates every element of the experiential tool kit to bridge the gap between fiction and audience with connection, togetherness and memory. - Narrative writing (then/now/active role) - Scene Breakdown (Moodboards/references as standard. TECHINCAL DOCUMENTATION:
£1,000 - £10,000 (DEPENDING ON APPLICABLE DELIVERABLES)
The backbone of any production, providing structure, clarity and clear communication to everyone involved in the production process. I create production ready documentation: - Scene plan (Set, props, lights, sounds, SFX, actors) - Spacial plan & guest flow - Interplay Arc
A/V ACCOMPANIMENT:
VARIABLE DEPENDING ON PROJECT REQUIREMENTS (£215 PER DAY)
World-buidling elements such as soundtracking and graphics (print and video) are essential to creating a compelling scene with high production value. These details are often overlooked and can be the difference between a succesful experience, or a home-made project. I offer creation of atmosphere-setting audio design and world building elements. Additionally, I collaborate with a trusted network of digital artists to deliver bespoke artwork. Types of media include: - Soundscapes - Sound effects - Soundtracking - Voice over - Signage - Branding - In-world posters/notes etc. - Instructional print media - Video backgrounds - Video instructional briefings - Video effects ... and much more. Clients can request royalty free execution, or if they have the appropriate permissions, copyright content can be used.
BUILD AND SPECIALIST PRODUCTION:

I maintain a trusted network of contractors across a number of diciplines including: - Carpentry - Set construction - Specialist prop fabrication - Electrical engineers - Lighting engineers - SFX technicians ... and more. Each of the contractors in my network has extensive experience in immersive and experiential installations, and I have first hand experience working with them and their executions. While contractor management is not part of my services, I am happy to provide recommendations and referrals for those contractors I consider most suitable for your project and budget.
LAUNCH SUPPORT:
VARIABLE DEPENDING ON PROJECT REQUIREMENTS (£215 PER DAY + EXPENSES)
No experience can launch before it's ready. I cover a number of the key componants for a smooth handover to operational teams including: - Show programming (COGS or HoudiniMC) - Cast direction - Operator training - Operations manuals - Promotional material (Photography and Copy)
